REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Registration Criteria: IEEE Members & Final-Year Students will receive preference.

Registration Fee: BDT 500 for IEEE Student Members & BDT 850 for Non-Members.

Registration Process: This will be conducted in two stages (PHASE 01 & PHASE 02):

PHASE 01 Registration: Phase 01 Registration Portal will be opened on 12:00AM (UTC+0600), 5th December, 2016 and closed on 12:00AM (UTC+0600) 11th December, 2016. This is open and free for all. Anyone can fill up the form and register, and you don’t need to pay either. Please note, that Phase 01 Registration does not ensure your spot at the event. But your entry will determine whether you will be selected for Phase 02 Registration or not. So please fill in the form carefully and to your best knowledge. Also note, that fraudulent and incorrect information will lead to the direct disqualification of your entry.

Registration Portal :  Closed.

PHASE 02 Registration: Only those who are selected (based on their entries in Phase 01 Registration) and have been notified via mail, will be allowed to complete Phase 02 Registration. For Phase 02 Registration, you are required to kindly pay the registration fee to confirm your seat. Please note that once complete, Phase 02 Registration is non-refundable. Once you’re done with that, that’s it and you’re all good to go! We look forward to seeing you at the SPAVe!

Disclaimer: The SPAVe Organizing Committee reserves the full right to amend, change, modify or terminate any entry without any prior notice. Each registration entry applies to a single person only, is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Also, in the case of any unavoidable circumstances (such as a political crisis or natural disaster) that deems 24th December, 2016 as not suitable for arranging the program, the event may be cancelled or postponed as the Committee best sees fit and all registered participants will be notified accordingly.
